Valentine’s day can be a tricky one, with decisions to make between going out for a meal or staying indoors. If you do decide to go out, its where to go? And if decide to stay in, it’s what to should you do for dinner? Something that does not mean spending the whole night in the kitchen, leaving more time to spend with your significant other. Then throw into the mix somewhere that does good vegan food, with no reservation made, and you have a huge problem on your hands.
Fear not, my vegan and gluten free menu is perfect for such an occasion. You can prep most of it the night before or in the morning of the day, to save time, or just prepare when you get in. Furthermore, you will be left feeling satisfied that you have eaten, without that “I have eaten too much and now just want to sleep” feeling.
This is my menu for a successful Vegan Valentine’s Day meal.
