I just love summer! This could be because I am a summer baby or it’s the time of year when I look and feel my fashion best… or perhaps a combination of both, either way summer is my season.
The weather in England this summer was hot, sunny and just glorious! Which was great because I was able to get full use of my summer wardrobe – which cannot be said for previous summers. Obviously, I had bought new summer clothes, but also I mixed up older summer clothes with new SS18 clothing and trends to make it a whole new outfit.
So, as we are approach the end of summer, unless you live in the southern hemisphere which means your spring is just starting, so maybe this can give you some fashion inspo. I decided to look back at some of my favourite looks of the SS18 season.
Sometimes its not what you wear its how you wear it. What I wear and how reflects the mood I am in. Look how I wear this t-shirt dress I got last year… It got a rebellious makeover.
These jeans I got last year, and I teamed it with the Jay-z and Beyoncé official tour t-shirt is showing that jeans and a t-shirt can be just as stylish.
I got this red faux suede skirt last year along with 3 other colours that I have not worn yet. A t-shirt is a great way to make your smart skirt look more casual.
There are lots of tie front shirts out there right now. This floral shirt is from last year tied in the front to give it a 2018 styling with heels and matching bag is how you make jeans look smart.
Floral bardot playsuit is a great alternative to a dress.
This is how to make shorts and a t-shirt look classy with the colour popping yellow and khaki.
Tailored shorts are something we should all have in our wardrobe and in the primary colours this outfit just looks so cute.
This shirt dress I got 2 years ago, I don’t remember wearing it last summer, but you can’t go wrong with a shirt dress… It’s stripes so it’s a classic!
I just adore this pastel colour bikini.
Just can’t go wrong with a plan white bikini… It’s a classic!
Love bikinis with a pop of colour
Everyone loves a red swimsuit Baywatch moment…
White lace playsuit always looks like you made more of an effort than actually did and is certainly a ‘must’ in any fashionistas wardrobe.
This cold-shoulder top in the print of the summer – polka dot with tailored white shorts is just class!
Animal print is going to be one of the biggest prints of AW18
Bardot dress says it all.
Yellow, white and black stripes is a great transitional season colour combo…
Bardot top, polka dot shorts and the bag of the season… A bum bag! This is serious city streetstyle chic at its best.
Everyone needs a cotton shirt dress in their wardrobe and this light blue thin striped dress I got last year is no exception.
These shorts I got 3 years ago I wore them last summer with blouse. This year I have worn it with a plain white t-shirt and heels for a chic look.
