This is a lovely vegan alternative to the traditional ice cream, and it is going to leave you wanting more.
Ingredients:
2 x banana chopped and frozen
8 x strawberries cut into pieces and frozen
¼ cup almond milk
Method
1 Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2 Then pour into a container (that is suitable for freezing) and place in the freezer until solid preferably overnight.
3 When solid remove from the freezer and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
4 Using and ice cream scoop, scoop out the ice cream and enjoy!
Tip Wet the ice cream scoop with hot water before using.
