Ingredients: Serves 2 people and it is 4½ of your 5 a day per person
1 x green apple with the skin
2 x small/medium beetroot
2 x handfuls of baby spinach
1 x lime juiced
1 inch of fresh ginger
1 inch of fresh organic turmeric
1 tbsp chia seeds
400ml coconut water
1 Put all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and wiz.
2 Then pour out into a glass and enjoy.
