1 small red cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, cut into match stick size
1 shallot, diced
2 tsp of whole grain mustard
Use all of the home made vegan mayo
Some chives chopped finely
Dash of white pepper
1 Place the cabbage, carrots, shallot in a bowl and mix.
2 Add the whole grain mustard, the homemade mayo the dash of white pepper and chives and mix.
