Que The Music

Wednesday 28th July 2016

Que The Music was an event, hosted by Soundcheque Ltd held at The Jazz Café in Camden London, where upcoming artists perform original music and a cover from a film or television show and where people from the business and entertainment industry can network.

Kicking off the event was Anna Pancaldi with her powerful vocals, followed by Alex Francis soulful rock sound – I really enjoyed his cover of Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme tune. The headline act was Jasper Wilde with his soulful RnB set, he sounds like a mix of a young Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake. My favourite act of the night has to be the talented singer/rapper and her band Lola Coca, I just love this girl’s flow and swagger! Sampling Aaliyah and Wu Tang Clang, with an instrumental mash-up, Lola Coca owned that stage and the crowd loved her.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with wheelchair facilities. The staff at The Jazz Café were great, they are really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
